This past Christmas you gave to bring hope to our kids, Kenya, Vegas and locally. Part of this Hope Christmas project went to build a foundation in our kids. Journey Kids volunteers make big investments in the lives of kids and families at The Journey and we recently took advantage of an opportunity to make a big investment in our volunteer team through gifts from this year's Hope Christmas Project. Ten key volunteers attended the Live to Serve workshop in Grand Rapids on March 8th and came back pumped-up and ready to continue providing a fun, safe, and meaningful experience for kids each week. We focused on how to have a  fun learning environment and how to be intentional in our relationships for max impact in kids lives. Journey Kids is all about building a foundation for kids to experience their best life, but it's also a place for adults to take steps as they look beyond themselves to serve and invest in the next generation of Jesus followers. Thanks for giving so our kids and volunteers can continue to take steps and make a difference.
