TRUNK OR TREAT

We have a great event planned this Halloween at Journey Church Northside. We want to provide a fun event for our community especially since some people are looking for a safer alternative than wandering the streets. This event is also a great way to connect with new people in the community and it provides an event for people to come through our doors besides a Sunday morning service.

Our TRUNK OR TREAT Halloween Party will be on October 31 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. We will have decorated car trunks for kids to get candy, some holiday themed carnival games, cider, donuts and some good times. 

How can I help? Here's 3 ways to help:

1) Candy donations. Drop off candy in the bin by the next steps center.

2) Volunteer to decorate their car trunks and pass out candy to kids for the whole event.

3) Sign up to work an hour shift to run a carnival game, work the coffee bar for cider/donuts/coffee, or be a host to welcome and direct people.

If you don't have young kids, don't get trick or treaters at your house or even if you attend the Pontaluna Exit site, this is a great way to jump in and help connect with our community.
